Suppliers

The company regards its suppliers as essential team members, some of whom have collaborated since its inception. They provide diverse services and materials, including food ingredients and packaging. Emphasising CSR, the company chooses global suppliers who practice sustainable sourcing, especially for seafood like tuna, aligning with market needs and challenges.

Distribution

The company’s distribution department, one of its busiest, services about 1000 clients weekly with a fleet of ambient and chilled trucks covering Malta 24/7, ensuring next-day delivery. This facilitates management of food service and retail markets, including immediate orders for the Fleur Rouge range, and includes a dedicated bakery division for Maltese bakeries.

Facilities

Vernons, located in Mriehel, Malta, employs over 50 people that operate in separate areas for its factory, offices, and a warehouse divided into units for storing flour, ambient products, and chilled foods. Additionally, a separate facility houses an acquired Company previously known as Zammit & Cachia that operates independently for storing dried fruit and nuts.
